As a Systems Administrator on our Technology & Systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficiency of the in-house information systems that support our business. How do you do that exactly? Well, by monitoring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing networked software and operating systems. . What does that mean? Let's break it down into your soon-to-be responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day monitoring, maintenance and support for in-house information systems.
Manage, maintain and administer information system configuration management systems
Implement standardized systems builds and software deployment packages.
Provide 24/7 technical support, issue analysis and problem resolution on a rotating basis for support incidents..
Configure servers, storage and related systems components and coordinate installation of equipment at data center and remote locations.

As a Systems Administrator, you’ll need:

A bachelor’s degree in information systems management (or a related field) or commensurate experience.
One to three years of work experience in a similar systems management role.
Experience monitoring, configuring and managing information systems technologies.
A background in supporting and troubleshooting medium- to large-scale, multi-site, enterprise environments.
Basic technical knowledge of data networking and systems operations.
Rudimentary knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Excellent technical support documentation skills.
Ability to conduct research to resolve systems issues and to develop courses of action for problem resolution.
